On Saturday I was back at this cracker of a venue – East Quay Venue in Whitstable for my second – to – last wedding of the year! Well, they say time flies when you’re having fun and 2017 has zoomed by for me!
So on Saturday, it was the wonderful wedding day of Fay & Neil 🙂
We had some very typical November weather – it was cold and cloudy and rainy for most of the day but Fay & Neil didn’t let it put them off one bit! If anything, the seasonal weather made everything so much cosier. Plus – I think Whitstable beach looks lovely in this kind of weather!
I started off in the morning at the Marine Hotel to capture Fay & her crew getting ready before heading only 5 minutes down the road to East Quay Venue for the rest of their wedding day. Fay arrived in style in a VW camper van from Retro Rides 4 Brides 🙂 And the venue had been decorated beautifully by the wonderful Helen from Blubelle Creative – can’t recommend this lovely lady enough! She is a super star! It was all beautiful botanicals, twinkly fairy lights and a cake table to rival any cake table I’ve seen at a wedding before. Check it out in the photos below – it’s amazing!
Fay & Neil’s ceremony was followed by confetti, drinks and all the natural photos before we decided to brave the Great British weather and head out onto the beach for some photographs. Fay & Neil were well prepared with wellies and brollies and it looked great!
We warmed up inside afterwards during the speeches and the food and then the night kicked off with brilliant music by The Tommy Gunns. I can definitely recommend these guys too – they were great!
Thank you SOOOOO much to Fay & Neil for booking me – I had loads of fun photographing your wedding day! You were awesome!
Here are your previews, I hope you like them 🙂
